• July 25, 2025: Early bird and author registration deadline

• August 2025: First issue of the AO4ELT8 program

• October 27 to 31, 2025: Conference

Registration Types

We offer different registration types depending on your affiliation and student status.

Normal

● Foreign Participant: CLP $660.000 (€600)

● Foreign Student: CLP $495.000 (€450)

● Participant from Chilean Institution: CLP $500.000

● Student from Chilean Institution: CLP $250.000

Registration fees include the welcome reception, the conference banquet, coffee breaks and lunch meals.
