• May 15, 2025: Registration opening

• June 30, 2025: Acceptance notification

• July 25, 2025: Early bird and author registration deadline

• August 2025: First issue of the AO4ELT8 program

• October 27 to 31, 2025: Conference

Registration Types

We offer different registration types depending on your affiliation and student status.

Early Bird (Until July, 25th) | Normal

● Foreign Participant: CLP $550.000 (€500) | CLP $660.000 (€600)

● Foreign Student: CLP $385.000 (€350) | CLP $495.000 (€450)

● Participant from Chilean Institution: CLP $360.000 | CLP $500.000

● Student from Chilean Institution: CLP $180.000 | CLP $250.000

Registration fees include the welcome reception, the conference banquet, coffee breaks and lunch meals.
